Farmer While Digging Horse’s Grave Makes an Interesting
Discovery
While digging
a grave in which to bury a dead horse last week, Thomas Moran
was surprised to find that there had been another grave what he
supposed to be both human and animal bones, as well as an
arrow’s head, which leads Mr. Moran to believe that an Indian
warrior and his horse were buried there.
Owing to the
watery condition of the grave, Mr. Moran did not make a thorough
investigation at the time, but further examination may be made
later to ascertain the exact nature of the find.
